Job Description
Performs laboratory testing and analysis of samples, materials, products, or substances according to established procedures, standards, and analytical methods
Prepares samples, reagents, chemical solutions, and other materials necessary for laboratory testing and analysis
Operates, calibrates, maintains, and monitors laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
Records, compiles, reviews, and interprets test results and analytical data accurately
Prepares technical reports, laboratory records, graphs, charts, and other documentation related to laboratory activities
Assists in method implementation, verification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of laboratory processes when necessary
Maintains proper handling, storage, monitoring, and inventory of laboratory chemicals, supplies, equipment, and samples
Ensures compliance with laboratory quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Supports and collaborates with laboratory personnel in conducting analytical procedures and other testing activities
Maintains cleanliness, organization, and safety within the laboratory work area
Safeguards confidential laboratory, client, and company information
Performs other laboratory-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate of BS Chemistry or any science related course
With experience in Feeds/Raw Materials analysis is an advantage
Registered Chemical Technician is an advantage
With knowledge in equipment maintenance
Adaptable and flexible

Job Description
Signs laboratory test reports in compliance with different accreditation and recognition requirements
Prepares samples for laboratory analysis using prescribed standards and specifications
Prepares chemical reagents and standard solutions in accordance with prescribed test methods
Conducts laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with prescribed standards
Responsible for proper use of instruments and test equipment and reports defective ones whenever necessary
Ensures systematic workflow by regular and proper timing of laboratory tests in order of priority
Submits request of laboratory supplies to replenish stocks
Submits indexing of samples and chemical consumption
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the working area
Keeps company information confidential
Performs other functions and duties as may be assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
Registered Chemist
Experience in laboratory analysis, people management, and equipment maintenance
Computer literate
Possesses dynamic personality
Organized with high attention to detail — ability to work on multiple tasks without sacrificing quality
Adaptable and flexible
